Head Of Elite 7s Coaching - North England and North Wales

HEAD OF ELITE 7S COACHING – NORTH ENGLAND & NORTH WALES

We are looking to welcome an ambitious, professional coach to join us as Head Of Elite 7s Coaching for the North. The successful candidate will spearhead our Elite 7s programme in North England and North Wales.

Reporting to the Academy Operations Manager, you will be in charge of the provision of coaching and management of the coaching teams for our North East, North West, Yorkshire, and North Wales Academy regions. The successful candidate will also lead the North Wales Crusaders 7s programme for the 2025 season.

You would have the ability to be based at either our North Wales or North England offices.

EXAMPLE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Lead the management of ALL North England and North Wales 7s Academy training sessions
2. Lead the management of ALL North England and North Wales 7s Academy Masterclasses
3. Lead the recruitment of talented athletes into the Elite 7s pathway alongside our Academy Operations Manager
4. Maintain and develop good working relationships with school/club/county coaches
5. Lead the recruitment and retention of elite 7s coaches into our programme
6. Lead the selection, recruitment, and management of the North Wales Crusaders Elite 7s programme

YOU WILL BE:

1. Driven, Ambitious and a total professional
2. Holder of a Valid UK driver\’s license
3. Holder or able to gain an Enhanced DBS
4. A strong communicator
5. A strong leader

Salary: £30,000-40,000 per annum plus benefits (including bonus)
