EggChaser, has enjoyed a steady level of growth in 2024.
Our Men’s, Women’s and Academy sides have enjoyed successful both domestically and abroad. Competing with with some of the best 7s sides in the world, and sometimes coming out on top.
To give a little background, over the past two years, we have won trophies in 4 continents and in over 10 countries. 2025, brings a year of a number of exciting new opportunities with the EggChaser 7s events now branching into a North and South base, the continued growth of the brand across it’s different pillars and a number of new EggChaser branded events.
We are looking for a world-class candidate to join in the newly created Commercial Manager role. The role in our mind is to be the entrepreneur in residence.
Your would report to and work alongside the founder and CEO. You will take a lead role in the business development and overall sales pipeline of the EggChaser brand with a specific focus on EggChaser events, our current partnership base and kit / sponsorship opportunities.
You will focus on:
• The growth of our current partnerships and establishment of new ones
• The planning, co-ordination and execution of the EggChaser tournaments and events
• Identifying new development opportunities for the brand
• Maximizing the USP of our 7s brand – and connecting with so many exciting cities
You will be:
• The lead for our commercial activity on a day to day basis
• Based at our HQ in Reigate, Surrey
• A positive, pro-active person who is ambitious and wants to join our growing organization
• A sport-lover
• A car driver, with a valid UK driving license
• In possession of a DBS or have the ability to gain one

Terms: Full/Time, we will pay a decent base and an OTE of in excess of £50k.
