Eggbreak is a neighbourhood institution, looking for the next superstar Commis to join us. We have now been open for over ten years and are going from strength to strength in the Notting Hill breakfast, brunch & lunch scene. We are weekend heavy in terms of trade, but there are no late nights! Overview: Responsible for supporting a section of the kitchen with precision and pride. Commis are key to delivering consistency & an excellent product. Working Hours: shifts are between 7am-5pm Monday to Sunday Key Responsibilities: - Support a section during service, building to leading a section - Maintain mise en place and cleanliness - Prepare & cook menu items - Contribute to new dish ideas and improvements Qualities We Love: - Previous experience at the same level as we are looking for - Pride in their craft - Excellent time management - Ability to work as part of a team If you are a Commis with experience that is looking for a step more towards daytime hours then we are looking for you!
