Eggbreak is a neighbourhood institution, looking for the next superstar CDP to join us. We have now been open for nearly ten years and are going from strength to strength in the Notting Hill breakfast, brunch & lunch scene. We are weekend heavy in terms of trade, but there are no late nights!
The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.
Overview: Responsible for running a section of the kitchen with precision and pride. CDPs are key to delivering consistency & an excellent product.
Working Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a section during service
- Maintain mise en place and cleanliness
- Train and support commis chefs
- Contribute to new dish ideas and improvements
