You are a curious and detail oriented Artistic Director with a genuine passion for design culture and a drive to create meaningful work. What you’ll be doing:
- Contribute to the production of graphic assets across a wide range of projects, from international pitches to internal presentations, including visual identities and scenographic designs.
- Support the graphic development of concepts and identities (logos, layouts, slides, visual languages).
- Understand the entire graphic production process.
- Contribute to mood boards, benchmarks, and design monitoring.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and concept development sessions.
- Collaborate closely with international creatives, strategists, scenographers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life in visually compelling ways.
Must haves:
- 5-8 years of experience in a creative environment (studio, agency, or similar), with exposure to international projects, including experience in creative production for events.
- Proven experience working in multicultural teams and for international clients.
- Bilingual English and French speaker (able to write, present, and discuss ideas with nuance and clarity).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
- Open-minded, structured, and eager to learn.
- Strong visual culture (graphic design, digital, editorial, visual identities, branding, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and proactively ask the right questions.

- Fluency in additional languages besides English and French.
