You are a senior creative with exceptional spatial design expertise and a deep understanding of live event environments. You transform ideas into immersive experiences that engage audiences and inspire clients. Combining creative vision with practical execution, you bring bold concepts to life while ensuring they remain strategically relevant and buildable.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create innovative 3D concepts for events, conferences, brand activations, exhibitions, and immersive environments.
  • Translate creative ideas into compelling spatial designs, layouts, and high-quality 3D visualisations.
  • Lead the creative development of event environments for pitches, client presentations, and international projects.
  • Produce and present mood boards, sketches, renderings, and creative presentations that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, and technical teams to deliver cohesive and impactful experiences.
  • Ensure creative excellence throughout the project lifecycle, balancing storytelling, aesthetics, technical feasibility, and budget considerations.

Must haves

  • 7+ years of experience in 3D event design within an agency environment, with significant exposure to international projects and multicultural teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, concept development, and stage design expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring ideas to life for clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French is considered a strong asset.
  • Prior significant experience as a full-time agency employee.
