At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same.

That's part of what we enjoy.

It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.

At egg , we care about each other as much as we care about our clients and our business.

We're collaborative, curious and straightforward.

We help each other out when things get busy, we challenge each other to think differently, and we don't leave problems for someone else to solve.

No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.

Which brings us to you

We're looking for an Executive Producer to lead some of our largest, most complex and most strategically important programmes.

This isn't a Project Director role.

Our Project Directors are exceptional at delivering events.

As an Executive Producer, your role starts much earlier.

You help shape the client's thinking, challenge the brief, define the vision, bring together the right expertise and ultimately take responsibility for the overall success of the programme, creatively, commercially and operationally.

You're the person clients turn to for strategic advice.

You're the person teams look to for direction when things become complex.

And you're the person who can balance creative ambition with commercial reality.

  • You don't just ask, "How do we deliver this?"
  • You ask, "What's the best way to solve this client's challenge?"

Most importantly, you create experiences that clients couldn't imagine delivering.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead complex, multi-market event programmes from pitch and proposal development through to delivery and reconciliation.
  • Shape strategic, creative and operational responses to client briefs, working closely with creative, content and production teams.
  • Act as the senior client advisor, building trusted relationships and guiding clients through key decisions.
  • Own the overall event vision and audience experience, ensuring every touchpoint delivers against objectives.
  • Drive commercial performance through budget ownership, margin protection, scope management and supplier negotiations.
  • Identify growth opportunities, contribute to business development efforts and support the continued success of key accounts.
  • What You’ll Bring

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale B2B events within an event or experiential agency
  • Proven experience shaping and leading complex international programmes from strategic brief through to successful delivery
  • Strong experience leading pitches, developing winning proposals and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding client management skills with the confidence to challenge thinking, influence decisions and build long‑term partnerships
  • Strong commercial judgement, including budget ownership, forecasting, scope management and profitability
  • Experience working with and inspiring multidisciplinary teams across creative, production and project management
  • Curious about AI and technology, with a passion for improving how agencies work
  • Professional fluency in English (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)
  • How we work at egg

Things move fast here. Priorities shift. Clients expect excellence.

The people who thrive at egg tend to

  • Take ownership and get things done
  • Stay calm when priorities change
  • Focus on outcomes and quality
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Look for smarter ways of working, including AI and technology
  • Balance creativity with structure and execution

For this role specifically, we're looking for someone who can inspire confidence, make difficult decisions and elevate the work around them.

You'll be as comfortable coaching a team as you are challenging a client or presenting to a boardroom.

  • Bonus points if
  • You speak additional languages, particularly French
  • You have experience with hybrid, digital or technology‑enabled event formats
  • You have copywriting, storytelling or show‑calling experience
  • You've successfully introduced AI, automation or new ways of working into an agency environment
  • What we bring to the table
  • Flexible working setup (remote in some places, hybrid in others)
  • Competitive salary + performance‑based bonus
  • Home office / tech stipend, lunch vouchers
  • Smart, supportive colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together
  • International career opportunities + annual global offsite in somewhere excellent
  • Free coffee, pet‑friendly offices and a culture that cares about people as much as performance

We welcome applications from all genders, including transgender and non‑binary people, as well as BIPOC communities, LGBTQ2S+ communities, and people with visible and non‑visible disabilities.

We are also an ESG‑driven company committed to making a positive impact beyond our own walls.
