At egg we make experiences. Real ones.
The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.
We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same.
That's part of what we enjoy.
It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.
We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.
Which brings us to you
You don't just create beautiful renders.
You design environments that shape how people move, interact, learn and experience a brand.
Whether it's a conference stage, exhibition space, immersive activation or corporate event, you understand how to turn creative ideas into meaningful live experiences.
You combine creativity with practicality.
You can think conceptually, develop ideas that excite clients and work closely with production teams to ensure those ideas can actually be delivered.
You're curious, collaborative and always exploring new technologies, including AI, to improve how creative work gets done.
