Responsibilities
- Lead and develop international business development and commercial teams
- Define and lead egg's global commercial growth strategy
- Identify priority markets, sectors, clients and opportunities
- Build a data‑driven commercial function with strong pipeline management, forecasting, qualification and conversion discipline
- Open senior‑level client conversations and support strategic opportunities
- Drive a high‑performance commercial culture built on accountability, ownership and results
- Champion smarter ways of working, including the use of AI, technology and data to improve commercial effectiveness
- Partner with leadership teams to ensure commercial priorities align with broader business goals
- Oversee commercial marketing assets, agency credentials, proposals, case studies and market‑facing content
- Help position egg as the partner of choice for global event and experiential programmes across sectors including healthcare, technology and automotive
- Create an environment where teams can do their best work through targets, accountability and performance conversations
Qualifications
- Significant commercial leadership experience within an event agency environment
- Proven success driving international business growth through data‑informed commercial decision‑making
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing commercial teams
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, agency economics, forecasting, commercial performance and KPI‑driven growth
- Experience managing international and remote teams
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on when needed
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent English communication skills and at least a good level of French
