Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized, process-driven Revenue Marketing Coordinator to support our revenue marketing initiatives in Europe. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing in Sunnyvale, California, the role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, helping execute marketing programs that generate leads for conversion to qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs. This includes world-class execution of demand generation events—in-person and digital—to drive MQLs, ensuring best practices end to end.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure timely, impactful follow-up and post-event ROI measurement.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to marketing activities on demand.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Familiarity with demand generation, lead lifecycle, and pipeline metrics.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Obsession with excellent execution, results, and process adherence.
  • BA/BS in business or marketing or STEM or related field, preferably from Europe or US.
  • Overlap with Pacific Time required five days a week.
