About the role:

As a Chaiiwala Team Member, you\’ll be the heart of the store, ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, welcoming experience. Whether you\’re serving up a perfect cup of chai, handling customer orders, or keeping the store clean and organised, your role is key in creating a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. You’ll work with a dynamic team to keep everything running smoothly, all while delivering exceptional service with a smile.

As a team member, you will process payments accurately, manage both cash and card transactions, and ensure that each customer receives the correct order. You’ll also assist with regular product preparation, ensuring everything is fresh and ready for customers, while keeping the chai hot and the atmosphere warm. In addition, you\’ll maintain a clean and organised store, making sure all areas, including the counter, kitchen, and seating, are tidy, safe, and welcoming for both customers and staff.
