What You’ll Be Doing

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
  • Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
  • Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
  • Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
  • Monitoring product quality and temperature records
  • Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
