About the Role:
EG Group are looking for a Project Manager (HR) to lead the delivery of strategic HR, digital, and technology projects across the business. Operating within the IT Project Delivery Framework, you will take full ownership of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, and budget while realising defined business benefits. You will play a key role in delivering complex HR transformation initiatives, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive change and embed new processes and systems. This role is well suited to an experienced project manager who is confident operating in a structured governance environment and engaging with senior stakeholders across a global organisation.
