Cumberland Farms UK is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards team in the UK. You will help deliver and align compensation and benefits programmes across the UK, reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards.
In this role you will analyse data, support governance of incentive plans, review benefits offerings such as pensions and sick pay, and partner with HR, Finance and stakeholders to drive consistent, compliant reward programmes across regions.
