Full-Time: Hours: 25+ hours per week | shift patterns

Part-Time: Hours: 8–24 hours per week | shift patterns

Hourly Rate: £13.55

In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are fresh, tasty, and readily available while delivering outstanding customer service. Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll prepare beverages, maintain excellent store standards, and support colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager’s absence, making decisions and motivating the team to deliver great results every day.

A typical day as a Shift Manager:

  • Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations, delegating tasks, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results while supporting their training and development.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences by building a welcoming atmosphere, delivering outstanding service, and helping customers discover products they’ll love.
  • Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records.
  • Champion quality and safety by taking an active role in food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness are maintained throughout the store.
  • Keep the store looking its best by creating an inviting, vibrant, and well-presented environment where customers and colleagues enjoy spending time.
  • Lead by example every day by setting high standards, supporting the team during busy periods, and stepping in to keep operations running smoothly when needed.
  • Craft great products with confidence by preparing coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards, delivering quality and consistency with every order.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
  • Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and take the next step in your career.
  • Enthusiasm to make an impact and help drive team success.

Shift Information: Flexible working options available. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy travel periods. Full-time average shift 8 hours.
