EG Group are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards team, supporting the delivery and alignment of compensation and benefits programmes across the UK and Europe. Working closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders across multiple regions, you will support a range of compensation and benefits activities including programme reviews, data analysis, governance, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the alignment and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across the UK and Europe.
- Reviewing and evaluating existing benefits offerings, including pensions, sick pay, and employee reward programmes.
- Supporting compensation planning activities, benefit renewals, and wider reward initiatives.
- Assisting with the governance and administration of Short-Term Incentive Plans (STIP), ensuring alignment and compliance with company frameworks.
- Producing compensation and benefits reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of reward policies, processes, and systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and wider business stakeholders to support programme delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, HR, Finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and work confidently with data.
- Good understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Knowledge of UK benefits, including pensions and statutory requirements, is desirable.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using HR systems or data platforms.
