About the Role:
We have an exciting vacancy for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join our Talent team at EG Group! The Senior Recruitment Business Partner will lead the delivery of a strategically aligned, commercially focused, and high-performing recruitment and onboarding function. Combining strategic workforce partnering with hands-on delivery, this role plays a key part in ensuring the organisation attracts, selects, and retains high-quality talent aligned to current and future business needs. You will lead and support Recruitment Business Partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality approach across all recruitment activity. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide clear, practical advice on hiring decisions, workforce planning, and market insight, ensuring recruitment delivery is aligned to business priorities and future growth plans. This role is suited to an experienced in-house talent leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident balancing strategic oversight with operational delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of a commercially informed, solution-focused recruitment service aligned to business objectives and workforce plans.
- Partnering with Heads of Department and senior leaders to shape recruitment strategy and provide expert guidance on inclusive hiring best practice.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume, corporate, and senior hires up to C-suite level, including direct involvement in executive processes where required.
- Providing visible leadership, coaching, and development to Recruitment Business Partners to drive performance and capability.
- Executing effective attraction strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and employer branding activity.
- Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Monitoring recruitment KPIs, producing dashboards and Excel-based reporting, and using data insight to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring recruitment governance, policy compliance, supplier management, and adherence to employment legislation and inclusive hiring standards.

What we’re looking for:
- Significant in-house Talent Acquisition experience (8+ years), including leadership of recruitment teams within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment expertise across volume, corporate, and senior-level hiring up to C-suite.
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to align recruitment delivery to wider business objectives.
- Demonstrable experience delivering measurable recruitment outcomes using data, dashboards, and advanced Excel reporting.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors or Workday) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and provide constructive challenge at senior level.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and inclusive recruitment best practice.
- Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands-on delivery.
- Confident networker with an established external talent network and strong LinkedIn presence.
