EG Group are looking for a PMO Quality and Governance Analyst to support the delivery of strong governance, quality assurance, and operational oversight across the project portfolio. Working within the PMO function, you will play a key role in maintaining project governance frameworks, supporting portfolio reporting, and ensuring project teams follow agreed processes and standards.
This role will involve working closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to maintain governance documentation, support portfolio boards, and help ensure project information is accurate, accessible, and compliant. It would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and interested in improving how projects are delivered across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of PMO systems and tools, including ServiceNow and SharePoint.
- Maintaining and updating PMO governance documentation, including the PMO handbook, frameworks, and training materials.
- Reviewing portfolio data and project documentation to ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards.
- Supporting Design Authority and Portfolio Board processes, including validating documentation and maintaining associated trackers.
- Producing portfolio reports, compliance dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to support project oversight and decision-making.
- Working closely with project managers and stakeholders to improve project data quality and governance compliance.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance PMO tools, processes, and reporting to support continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree or relevant qualification in Project Management or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, project controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with project management tools such as ServiceNow or similar portfolio management systems.
- Experience maintaining SharePoint environments and managing governance documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
