About the Role:
EG Group are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards team, supporting the delivery and alignment of compensation and benefits programmes across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will play a key role in ensuring reward frameworks, benefits offerings, and incentive programmes are consistent, competitive, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Working closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders across multiple regions, you will support a range of compensation and benefits activities including programme reviews, data analysis, governance, and process improvement initiatives. This role is well suited to someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in developing their experience within reward and benefits.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the alignment and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across the UK and Europe.
- Reviewing and evaluating existing benefits offerings, including pensions, sick pay, and employee reward programmes.
- Supporting compensation planning activities, benefit renewals, and wider reward initiatives.
- Assisting with the governance and administration of Short-Term Incentive Plans (STIP), ensuring alignment and compliance with company frameworks.
- Producing compensation and benefits reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of reward policies, processes, and systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and wider business stakeholders to support programme delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, HR, Finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and work confidently with data.
- Good understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Knowledge of UK benefits, including pensions and statutory requirements, is desirable.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using HR systems or data platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different countries and teams.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
