Join Our Team as a Cooplands Bakery Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate our welcoming Cooplands bakery team! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, serving as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, with involvement in food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
