EG Group are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Projects) to join the Finance Projects team and support the delivery of the Group's finance transformation strategy. In this role, you will lead a range of projects across systems, processes, and reporting, helping to improve efficiency, enhance financial insight, and support business growth. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple regions and functions and is well suited to a qualified finance professional who enjoys driving change in a fast‑paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and delivering finance transformation projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and reporting enhancements.
- Managing project activity from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, objectives, and outcomes are achieved.
- Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Supporting the design and implementation of new or improved financial processes, both manual and system‑driven.
- Analysing data and producing insights to support decision‑making and project outcomes.
- Developing reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and Power Query.
- Presenting project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience delivering finance or transformation projects within a complex organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across functions.
- Strong analytical and data handling skills, with experience using reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving capability and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
