EG Group is looking for a HR Business Partner to deliver a comprehensive, business-focused HR service across the organisation. In this role, you will partner with key business areas to support the delivery of the people strategy, providing expert advice, guidance, and solutions that align with business objectives. You will play a key role in supporting managers and leaders across a wide range of people matters, helping to drive performance, manage change, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practice. This is a varied role that combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, suited to an experienced HR professional who is confident influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and support across a wide range of people matters.
  • Supporting the delivery of the people strategy, aligning HR activity with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Coaching and advising managers on employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
  • Leading or supporting organisational change initiatives, including consultations and restructuring activity.
  • Analysing HR data and producing reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practice in line with employment legislation.
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, working collaboratively across the wider HR function and business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior generalist HR role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical advice.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.

Will be subject to a DBS check which will be funded by EG Group.
