Role: Corporate Recruitment Consultant Location: Blackburn, BB1 2FA Office Based Contract: Full-Time Hours / Permanent Salary: £32,500 + Bonus Scheme Company : EG Group About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment department at EG Group. In this role you will be responsible for our corporate head office vacancies predominantly focusing on our finance roles whilst having the opportunity to partner with various departments including finance, HR, legal, IT, property, operations, learning & development and more! You will have the opportunity to build and manage relationships with heads of departments to understand their recruitment needs and source the perfect candidate via job advertisements, headhunting, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. The role will involve project work outside of the day to day recruitment such as reviewing & enhancing recruitment materials, gathering & analysing data to produce reports and forecast needs, organising & delivering assessment centres / interview processes and much more.
