Whether you're starting your marketing career or looking to build on some early experience, this is a hands-on role where you'll get involved across digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, membership and AI . What you'll do You'll work across a wide range of marketing and communications activity, including: Digital marketing – LinkedIn, Mailchimp, website updates and campaign support Events & webinars – promotion, coordination, communications and follow-up Membership – supporting our Organisational and Individual Membership activity and member communications Campaigns – supporting lead-generation campaigns Content – repurposing, publishing and localising EFQM content across different channels Communications – engaging with members, customers and our wider international community AI – using AI tools to create, adapt, research, translate and improve marketing content and campaigns International activity – helping adapt and localise communications for different markets Other projects – supporting colleagues across EFQM with a variety of marketing and business activities We're a relatively small, international team, so you'll get exposure to lots of different areas and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution from day one .
