We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join our international team. Whether you're starting your marketing career or looking to build on some early experience, this is a hands-on role where you'll get involved across digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, membership and AI .

What you'll do
You'll work across a wide range of marketing and communications activity, including:
Digital marketing – LinkedIn, Mailchimp, website updates and campaign support
Events & webinars – promotion, coordination, communications and follow-up
Membership – supporting our Organisational and Individual Membership activity and member communications
Campaigns – supporting lead-generation campaigns
Content – repurposing, publishing and localising EFQM content across different channels
Communications – engaging with members, customers and our wider international community
AI – using AI tools to create, adapt, research, translate and improve marketing content and campaigns
International activity – helping adapt and localise communications for different markets
Other projects – supporting colleagues across EFQM with a variety of marketing and business activities
We're a relatively small, international team, so you'll get exposure to lots of different areas and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution from day one .
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is curious, organised, proactive and keen to develop their marketing career .
Essential:
Excellent written and spoken German and English
A genuine interest in marketing, communications and digital media
Good writing skills and attention to detail
Confidence learning and using new digital tools
Good organisation and the ability to manage several tasks at once
An interest in AI and how it is changing marketing
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
The ability to work independently as part of a remote, international team
Any previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, content or events is useful, but we're more interested in your potential, attitude and willingness to learn than years of experience .
