Whether you're starting your marketing career or looking to build on some early experience, this is a hands-on role where you'll get involved across digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, membership and AI .EFQM is a global organisation helping organisations improve performance, create sustainable value and achieve lasting change. What you'll doYou'll work across a wide range of marketing and communications activity, including: Digital marketing – LinkedIn, Mailchimp, website updates and campaign supportEvents & webinars – promotion, coordination, communications and follow-upMembership – supporting our Organisational and Individual Membership activity and member communicationsCampaigns – supporting lead-generation campaignsContent – repurposing, publishing and localising EFQM content across different channelsCommunications – engaging with members, customers and our wider international communityAI – using AI tools to create, adapt, research, translate and improve marketing content and campaignsInternational activity – helping adapt and localise communications for different marketsOther projects – supporting colleagues across EFQM with a variety of marketing and business activitiesWe're a relatively small, international team, so you'll get exposure to lots of different areas and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution from day one .What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is curious, organised, proactive and keen to develop their marketing career .Essential: Excellent written and spoken German and EnglishA genuine interest in marketing, communications and digital mediaGood writing skills and attention to detailConfidence learning and using new digital toolsGood organisation and the ability to manage several tasks at onceAn interest in AI and how it is changing marketingA proactive attitude and willingness to get involvedThe ability to work independently as part of a remote, international teamAny previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, content or events is useful, but we're more interested in your potential, attitude and willingness to learn than years of experience .Why EFQM?£25,000–£27,000 salaryFully remote – UK or GermanyWork with an international team and audiences around the worldHands-on experience across multiple areas of modern marketingSignificant exposure to AI-powered marketingThe opportunity to develop your skills and take on responsibility quicklyIf you're interested in marketing, enjoy working with digital tools and want a role where you can learn, contribute and develop , we'd love to hear from you.
