EFM Fleet Services is seeking an experienced VOR Team Manager to lead the VOR team across our UK fleet operations. You will oversee incident resolution for vehicle breakdowns, repairs and spare fleet management, driving down downtime and ensuring safe return to the road.
You will coach a busy team, manage performance, and work with repair agents, dealers and internal workshops to remove blockers while prioritizing customer service and compliance across shifts from 6:00am to midnight.
