EFL is seeking a dedicated leader to manage its Academy program in Bristol, focused on developing homegrown talent for Bristol Rovers 1st Team.

The role ensures all Football League requirements are met to maintain EPPP status.

The ideal candidate should possess a UEFA Pro Licence and preferably hold a Masters in Sport Management.

Experience as a Coach Educator or Accredited Tutor is an asset.
