Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting opportunity to join our Girls U18s team as a Girls U18s Head Coach. This role will require you to plan, deliver, and oversee high-quality football coaching sessions and matchday management, supporting player development, team performance, and a positive club culture. The working hours for this role are 12 hours a week which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.

- Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in managing a team and working with a youth team
- UEFA B Qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for 3 weekday evenings and Saturday afternoons
- Passion for player development and grassroots football
- First Aid
- Flexible working hours & being available weekly throughout the season
- Highly organised and methodical approach to workload

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
