Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable General Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Swindon Town Football Club.
This role involves providing administrative support, answering telephone calls, and assisting with the club's ticketing operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcome and assist visitors and customers.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with ticket sales and ticketing enquiries for Swindon Town Football Club matches and events.
- Process ticket bookings and payments accurately.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with club policies and procedures.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
