The Lead Pre-Academy Coach will be responsible for leading the development and recruitment of high-potential players within the Club's Pre-Academy programme (U7-U8). The role will ensure that young players receive a positive, engaging and high-quality football experience that supports their technical, tactical, physical, psychological and social development, preparing them for a successful transition into the Foundation Phase.
The successful candidate will create an environment that reflects the Club's coaching philosophy and values, whilst supporting players and families throughout their journey within the Academy pathway.
