We are looking for candidates with an interest in performance analysis to join the academy team. This is a fixed term contract from 6th July 2026 to 9th May 2027. You will assist the performance analysis department to deliver high quality footage to facilitate player development. You will contribute to the development of players through a video feedback process. You will be required to work on weekends covering matches at the academy training ground and a number of U18 & academy training sessions.
What will you be doing?
- Set up and film matches/training
- Process & upload matches to Hudl platforms
- Provide tactical and technical feedback to coaches

Essential Experience:
- A good level of football knowledge and analysis experience
- A good understanding of the elite sporting environment
- Experience using Sports Code, Keynote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Experience filming and video editing processes at a semi-professional club or higher
