The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
Our Head of Education plays a critical role in developing and supporting our players within the Academy. We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified, experienced, and passionate educator to join our already successful team of staff.
The successful candidate will be required to plan and deliver lectures and educational sessions, observe PDP training sessions, attend weekend games (where applicable) and support individual players' development whilst playing their part in the development and implementation of the club’s syllabus.

- Extensive knowledge and experience of the role and the position
- Experience working across academy age groups
- Experience working with young professional players
- Understanding of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP)
- IT skills to include the ability to use Football Intelligence Platform (FIP) software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
