As a Bar Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of matchday operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the overall guest experience. You will be responsible for supervising bar staff and ensuring compliance with licensing legislation and health & safety regulations.
· Responsible for the operational running of the bar, ensuring that team members are fulfilling their duties efficiently and effectively
· Lead, coach team members to deliver the best possible customer service and guest experience
· Ensure that venues open and close on time, provide supervision and assistance for till and cashing up procedures, stock control and rotation throughout service
· To train, mentor and motivate staff to the required standard.
· Providing excellent customer service
· Ensuring customer billing is accurate and completed in line with company procedures.
· Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety across bar operations
About The Candidate
· Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy bar or hospitality environment
· Have strong leadership and communication skills.
· Understands health and safety and licensing objectives
· Have excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits.
· Be professional, friendly and positive, with excellent customer service skills along with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
· Be effective at managing time and working to deadlines
· Demonstrate good standards of personal presentation.
· Be an enthusiastic team player
