To lead and effectively deliver the U18 player development programme, ensuring high-quality coaching provision across the training and games programme in line with the Club’s football philosophy, performance objectives and agreed schedule.
To drive the individual development and progression of U18 players through targeted coaching, regular feedback and performance monitoring, supporting players to achieve the technical, tactical, physical and personal development objectives identified within their Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
To create a challenging, supportive and high-performance learning environment that prepares players for the demands of professional football and supports progression towards the First Team pathway.
