In addition to the Stewarding role the safety supervisor role requires you to –
- Complete paperwork associated with Health and Safety checks (Pre-Event Checks).
- Attend and conduct briefings where necessary.
- Ensure that the hierarchy of staff is adhered to.
- Effectively communicate with the stewards and the control room.
- Ensure stewards are in position and carrying out their duties.
- Developing the knowledge of stewards.
- Dealing with any issues that occur during events.
- Managing emergency procedures

Desired skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time keeping
- Obtained Level 2 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (Training maybe available)
- Obtained Level 3 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (optional depending on the role)
- SIA license (optional depending on the role)
- De-escalation skills
