Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Job Purpose
To support the delivery and implementation of the Club\'s game model and individual development programmes within the Professional Development Phase
Role Accountabilities & Key Duties
- To prepare and deliver technical sessions which reflect the Club\'s game model and associated positional profiles
- To work collaboratively with the Methodology Lead (U17 – U21) to devise individual learning plans for Professional Development Phase players
- To deliver on-pitch Individual Development Plans for Professional Development Phase players
- To support individual and group analysis sessions that effectively prepare Professional Development Phase players for the transition to professional football
- To ensure that the delivery of all player development work is logged efficiently on Club systems and databases.
- To watch players on loan and provide written reports in line with the Academy\'s Loans Procedure
- To provide insightful contributions towards the Club\'s succession planning meetings
- To support the delivery of 6 and 12-week reviews for Professional Development Phase players
- To undertake personal CPD as appropriate to meet the demands of the role
- To promote a culture of innovation across the Coaching Department, ensuring that regular research is conducted into new ways of working
- To have or develop an impeccable knowledge of safeguarding best practice to include a deep understanding of safeguarding children\'s regulations, including legislation & governing body rules
- To ensure that any safeguarding or welfare concerns are reporting efficiently
- To comply with all company policies/procedures and adhere to all company regulations regarding policies, procedures, health, safety, and security
- To deliver all other duties that may arise from time to time and fall within the scope of this position

Qualifications
- UEFA A Licence
- FA Advanced Youth Award
- Advanced DBS check.
- Current FA Safeguarding Certificate
- FA EFAiF Certificate
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of coaching elite players in the Professional Development Phase
- IT skills to include a very high level of competence using Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint & PMA
- Good overall level of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to liaise empathetically and effectively with young players, parents, scouts, coaches and Club senior managers
- A professional \"can do\" attitude with strong organisational and administrative skills
