Leyton Orient Football Club is seeking a Head of Player Care to lead the Academy's Player Care provision, ensuring welfare, safeguarding, wellbeing, education support and personal development for all players. The post holder will oversee the Player Care department and work across Academy multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support throughout the Academy journey. This role requires flexibility with regular evenings and weekends, and travel across Academy sites to support training.
