We are seeking an experienced Club Doctor to join our First Team medical department on a part-time, job-share basis — 40% FTE, covering Mondays and Tuesdays including all home and away fixtures falling on those days.
Reporting to the Head of Medical and based primarily at the Marlow Road Training Ground, the successful candidate will share responsibility for the medical care of our First Team players, working alongside a second Club Doctor and the wider medical and performance team.
Start date: week commencing 28th September 2026.
About The Candidate
We’re searching for those who are passionate about contributing to an ambitious performance environment. You will lead on matchday medical cover for weekday First Team fixtures and on stress testing of emergency action plans, deliver and coordinate the athlete screening programme including FA cardiac screening, oversee medicines governance across club sites, and lead on illness prevention.
