A leading sports academy based in Greater London is seeking a dynamic Head of Academy Player Care & Shadow Scholar Mentor. You will lead the Player Care and Life Skills Programme, ensuring outstanding support for young athletes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering player care
  • Developing communication with players and parents
  • Managing the Development Programme

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an FA Safeguarding qualification. Experience in a sporting environment is a plus.
