Gillingham FC Foundation is entering an exciting new chapter of growth, and we're looking for a passionate leader to help drive it forward. We are recruiting a Development Centre Manager to lead our football programme across Medway and the Greater Kent Region, based at MEMS Priestfield Stadium. This is more than a coaching role — it's about putting football at the heart of the community, creating pathways for young players, and building an experience that participants, parents and coaches can be proud of.
The successful candidate will manage and grow our Development Centres, mentor a team of coaches, and forge strong links with local clubs, all while championing the Foundation's mission to be the number one community football coaching provider in the region. As the Foundation expands its reach, this role sits right at the centre of that ambition: turning football into a genuine force for community connection, development, and opportunity for young people across the area. Please be aware this is a full-time role.
Alongside completing the I-Recruit application form, we also require you to complete the Application Pack which can be found HERE or on our website.
