About The Candidate
Essential
- Previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping or similar role.
- Good understanding of general cleaning and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain consistently high standards.
- Ability to work as part of a wider team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, policies and health and safety procedures.
- Professional approach to working in a football academy environment.
Desirable
- Previous experience working within a sports, education, hospitality, leisure or similar environment.
- Experience of working within a professional football club or academy.
- Knowledge of COSHH and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Relevant cleaning or health and safety qualifications.
