- be responsible for completing allocated ground maintenance tasks from start to finish with required time frames.
- carry out grass cutting using ride on and pedestrian mowers.
- mark out the lines on the football pitches at the training or academy facility using a battery marker or a wheel-to-wheel marker.
- drive the tractor and use the machines that are attached via a 3-point linkage such as aerating, fertiliser application, grass cutting etc.
- repair any damage caused on the grass pitches by the training schedule.
- tidy and cut back the bushes and shrubs on the training ground using hand tools and power tools.
- maintain and operate equipment such as strimmers and mowers.
- carry out general maintenance tasks as required.
- undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
