To provide analysis support for the U16 team and where required other teams across the Academy. The successful candidate will lead their analysis programme within their designated age group consisting of pre- and post-match prep, managing the training/feedback/match workflow and liaising with closely related staff for any specific tasks required.
About The Candidate
- University BSc degree in related field
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- UEFA C Coaching Licence
- Experience of working within an elite sporting environment
- Experience working with people of varying backgrounds and cultures
- Experience working within a football Academy environment
- Appropriate software, e.g HUDL Sportscode, Wyscout, SPIIDEO Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint
- Adaptability to be effective in a dynamic, fast-paced Environment
- Strong communication skills in a variety of settings
- Ability to work as part of a broader multidisciplinary team
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- Excellent presentation skills to groups of varying sizes and ages.
- Self-awareness and reflective skills as part of a professional development process
