Girls Emerging Talent Centre Assistant Coach in Cambridge

We are seeking an enthusiastic coach to drive player progression within our Emerging Talent Centre (U11–U15). In this role, you will assist Lead Coaches in delivering high-quality ETC sessions, providing targeted feedback across technical, tactical, physical, and psychological pillars while developing your own coaching practice.

Key Job Outcomes

• Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and matchdays to a high standard for your designated age group.
• Support and promote a safe environment for all and report any safeguarding concerns to the appropriate nominated individual at the earliest opportunity.
• Uphold the wider CUFC club ethos, delivering the brand standards of outstanding customer service whilst ensuring a clear and effective line of communication is maintained across the team and club.
• Complete reports which will provide players with feedback on their technical, tactical, physical and psychological performance.
• Assist with developmental fixtures which normally take place within the school holiday periods.
• Complete and log accurate player attendance records to each session.
• Attend CPD events in order to continually develop your own personal skills and knowledge alongside utilising and implementing these skills to improve the quality of ETC delivery.

• Desirable: UEFA C Licence
• UEFA B Licence
• FA DBS Check
• FA Safeguarding Children Workshop
• FA Emergency First Aid
• IT Skills, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience of working with player/parents in girls football environments
