Burton Albion Football Club is seeking an experienced Safeguarding and EDI Lead to champion safeguarding and equality, diversity and inclusion across the Club.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead safeguarding provision, ensure compliance with EFL/FA standards, manage referrals, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement.
