Tätigkeiten
- Leitung und Koordination von Anlagenbauprojekten ĂĽber den gesamten Zyklus - von der Angebotslegung ĂĽber die Planung bis zur Umsetzung
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
- Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams
- Aktives Vertrags- und Claim Management
- Risikomanagement und Lösung von Problemen während des Projektverlaufs
- Enger Kontakt mit Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Organisation und Moderation von Projektmeetings
Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Uni, FH)
- Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise in leitender Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
- FĂĽhrungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Unternehmerisches Denken
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
