They are now looking to add a couple of people at the Vice President level for their Diversified Industrial and Services cluster group, focusing on M&A transactions, both buy and sell side for private equity and corporate clients.
Successful candidates are likely to have:
- 5-8 years investment banking experience with a leading investment bank, elite boutique or mid-market investment bank
- Demonstrable track record in executing deals and assisting in origination
