A growing financial services firm is seeking an analytical finance professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis capability. The business offers a collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in supporting operational and commercial decisions.
Description
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Produce monthly management information packs and reporting.
- Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
- Deliver clear commentary on key financial drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
Profile
- Fully Qualified - ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA
- Previous experience within FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
- Financial Services or Banking or similar sector background preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information clearly.
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI and ERP systems would be advantageous.
- Proactive, inquisitive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
