Senior Fixed Income Investment Product Specialist, Asset Management, London

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the fixed income investment directors and investment teams to develop a strong understanding of investment strategies and market positioning.
• Acting as the lead expert for fixed income products and investment strategies coverage, working with internal business partners and selectively for client engagement.
• Driving investment narrative to support the investment directors team in delivering fixed income subject matter expertise at client meetings, conferences, events, and other external engagements.
• Helping to drive key messages and product positioning to differentiate the firm\’s fixed income capabilities and solutions across regions.
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing to facilitate the sales strategy, marketing approach, and client requirements.
• Contributing to the analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to understand investor requirements and how these impact the firm\’s fixed income capabilities.
• Contributing to the overall strategy of the firm\’s fixed income capabilities, including new product strategy ideas.
• Enhancing relationships with key internal stakeholders across regions including Europe, Asia, and the US.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• CFA or Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of experience within asset management in an investment specialist/product strategy role.
• Proven in-depth fixed income knowledge.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication ability to articulate complex investment strategies.
